Kinoshita precision industrial has been a Matsuura user for over 50 years, mainly processing components for industrial sewing machines. In recent years, they have been struggling with recruiting new graduates, so they have been trying to improve their work environment. Installing Matsuura’s multi-pallet machines including H.Plus-300 PC5 and H.Plus-300 PC11, they reduced overtime hours to two-thirds through unmanned operation at night. As a result, they have successfully hired new graduates for this and next year, achieving “work style reform” with multi-pallet machine.
