RSJ Machining is one of the great CUBLEX-35 users.
They have purchased a used Matsuura 5-axis machine on the market as a test and learned how to use the pallet changer and large-capacity tool magazine. Now, they automate a lot of the parts that they were making before.
Because a lot of the parts they make need high accuracy and tight geometric tolerances, they finally reached the conclusion the Matsuura’s multi-tasking machining center is the answer: the machine can perform both turning and machining in one machine.
Previously, it took 4 or 5 operations, now it is 1 or 2 operations and obviously builds in accuracy that can let it run overnight and can shrink up their delivery time.
