This video introduces an example of extended continuous operation utilizing a multi-pallet system with automatic pallet changes and the scheduling function.
By using such a system, the machining center can run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. High-price, high-value-added machining is done during the day by operators, while at night mass production of same parts in large quantity is performed without operators in attendance, enabling a more profitable manufacturing system.
